PRO 1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

My 1-2-1 personal training packages start with a 30 minute face-to-face consultation to discuss your individual goals. I will then design you a personalised and progressive training plan supported by a bespoke diet plan, including only the foods that you love.

 

Once you start training with me your body composition will be tracked to ensure you are on the right path for reaching your goals. You will also benefit from full online and offline support for assistance and reassurance when needed!

 

You will receive food cheat sheets that will not only help you in the kitchen, but also when out and about. With access to 100+ recipes your gym work will be accelerated as you feast on highly nutritious meals that you enjoy. You will also receive a copy of my eBook packed with advice on how to meal prep, kitchen essentials, and supplementation tips – plus I will give you access to exclusive discount codes for the products I personally use and recommend!
